after a while...

I haven't written new post since ages. Many things happened since Rian's birthday party (May 15th). Rian started to walk by himself a day after the party. He likes walking fast (I cannot really say that he runs now). I thought he would be more independent and would play alone. But I think I have to give up hope that this will happen soon.

My parents are visiting me until end of June. It is like holiday for us now. My parents can take care of and play with Rian. My mother cooks for us. My father can take Rian for a walk. I again have plenty of free time. Michael can work as much as he wants.....

Back to Rian... Rian can sing!!! Well, it is not like what you might think. He doesn't sing it with the right melody or words, but at least we know what he sings. The only song he sings at the moment is "Nina bobo". He makes his mouth as round as possible and say "ooo...." Only yesterday evening, I think he was better by singing "Nyinya ooooooo...." Every time we sing "nina bob0", he will try to follow by saying "boooooo...."

Rian likes doing "sujud". When he sits on our sajadah, he will put his head down. And he will do the same, when we say "Allahu akbar".

Hm... enough for now. I have to go back to my son.
